It’s very frustrating to
receive an email from PayPal which says ‘You
Can No Longer Use PayPal’.
Many people that I know have
gotten banned by PayPal for no reason. Many has tried all they could but PayPal
doesn’t care nor their customer support. I too was banned from PayPal for no
reason, I tried and tried, emailed them several times, but they couldn’t send a
reply. I called but they said my account cannot be restored even when I had

those website, fill out the form provided for you, and send them a letter (Don’t
email them, the form is there for you to fill) regarding your banned PayPal
account (Though you have to explain your case in detail, and make sure you
selected PayPal as the case). They’ll email you after 13 days regarding the
condition of your PayPal account.
If
they were able to recover your account for you, then you’re lucky, but if they
couldn’t, I guess I’ve tried my best, there’s no other way, other than to wait
for 180 days to withdraw your pending balance on PayPal or create a new PayPal
account.
